Name: Tiny Miracles Kendall
Made by and When: Lorna Miller-Sands for Ashton-Drake Galleries, 2007
Material: Real Touch® vinyl head, lower arms, and lower legs; stuffed cloth body, upper arms, and upper legs
Marks: ©A.D.G. 07
Height: 10 inches
Hair, Eyes, Mouth: The rooted short-brown hair has two top-side pigtails, a top-center pigtail, and wispy bangs. The brown eyes are stationary with applied upper eyelashes. The pouty mouth is closed
Clothes: The pink romper has a white collar with lace trim. Lace trims the ends of the sleeve and leg openings. A cloth diaper is worn under the romper. A pink cardigan sweater completes the outfit. The feet are bare.
Other: From Their Own Little World Collection, Tiny Miracles Kendall has manicured fingernails and toenails, a certificate of authenticity, and a hang tag. Kendall’s Real Touch® vinyl is a mixture of silicone and vinyl. Because silicone/vinyl attempts to mimic the feel of a baby’s skin, it became popular among doll manufacturers in the early 2000s.
