Height: 16 inches
Hair, Eyes, Mouth: Dark brown waist-length straight Kanekalon-Denyl wig has a middle part and is adorned with two blue star hair clips. Skylar has brown painted eyes, painted upper eyelashes, and a smiling closed mouth.
Clothes: The white knit long-sleeve top has light blue, silver, and navy stripes on the upper sleeves with light blue trim at the neck and lower sleeves. “Super Star” is printed on the front of the top and is worn with a light blue full-length skirt that has silver, gray, and navy side stripes and lower side slits. The skirt is belted with a gray string. Skylar also wears a navy blue zippered-front vest that has silver star appliqués and silver sneakers. A silver lamé trimmed clear plastic tote bag holds a lined journal.
Other: Skylar is one of four dolls from the “Hopscotch Hill School line of characters and dolls focused on an early elementary school-age classroom, aimed at the four- to six-year-old demographic. The line was released in 2003 and ultimately retired in 2006” (American Girl Wiki).
The included Hopscotch Hill School hangtag has care instructions printed on the back. The book, Bright, Shiny Skylar by Valerie Tripp was included with the purchase of the doll.
